Lochcarron Crew Neck Jersey - Angora/Merino

Made in Scotland this Lochcarron crew neck jersey is made from 75% Merino and 25% Angora.
It is an unusual blend of Australian Merino wool together with the down of Angora rabbits. Merino sheep produce both longer and finer wool than other breeds. This means not only is the wool as warm but considerably lighter in weight; and coming from animals of less than two years has a much softer feel.
Angora rabbit down (undercoat) has very similar properties and is hand combed out in late spring. This resultant blend creates a luxurious garment of exceptional softness and warmth.
Washing instructions:
- Hand wash
- do not rub or wring
- Rince thoroughly to remove all soap
- Dry flat away from direct heat or sunlight
